WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, usually 2-3 business days.

Most orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment.

You will then receive notification of both processing and shipment. In many instances, we are shipping from our warehouses in Asia.

Orders may be canceled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be canceled.

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. Cool AF cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.

In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. Cool AF will not be held responsible for customs taxes.


WHEN WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE?

It usually takes 12-20 business days for US Shipping and 15-30 business days for Worldwide Shipping AFTER processing. However, for specialty and promotional items, it could take 4-6 weeks for delivery due to extremely high demand. 

But don't worry! If you ever have any questions about your order, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to assist you!


WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. 


WHY CAN'T I TRACK MY ORDER ON YOUR WEBSITE?

Please note that the tracking information will be displayed after 2-5 days after being updated.

For the first time, it may take a few minutes to get the information from the carrier. Therefore, sometimes you can not find information about your package, please track again later.


WHY DON'T I SEE THE SAME DEAL ON YOUR WEBSITE THAT I SEE ADVERTISED ON FACEBOOK?

Even after we stop our Facebook advertisements, those posts are still shared and liked by our fans. We can't stop this since it's the way Facebook works. 


HOW DO YOU DETERMINE YOUR "COMPARED TO" PRICES?

We get these prices from our wholesalers or from competitor analysis.
